Custom Text Outside the Form

Estimated reading: 1 minute 455 views

You can display custom text above or below the password form. It’s a perfect way to add instructions, branding, disclaimers, or content outside the password input area.

How to Access and Enable Custom Text Outside the Form:

Before accessing this feature, you must install and activate Password Protected Pro. If you’ve already done that, here’s how you can access and enable this functionality:

  • Go to the WordPress admin dashboard.
  • Click on the “Password Protected” plugin from the side menu.
  • Go to the Advanced section.
  • In the Advanced section, go to the Protected Page Content sub-tab, where you will find the Password Protected Outside Form description.
  • Include the description in both the Text Above and Below Form.
  • Here’s how it will appear on the front end.

The Custom Text Outside the Form feature allows you to add personalized messages above and below the password form. This feature guides users, enhances branding, and improves the experience on password-protected pages.
